The majority of our pieces are made-to-order. Please refer to the delivery window stated on each product page. Our in stock pieces will ship in 1-2 business days. All orders ship with signature required. If you'd prefer delivery without a signature, please email us at shop@markarian-nyc.com. If you need a rush order, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We do not accept returns on: Bridal orders, Custom orders, Special orders, Items marked "non-returnable", Items marked FINAL SALE, or Special production archive items. For discounted items, please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility. 

Domestic (U.S.) Returns
A $25 restocking fee applies to all refunds. Returns for a full refund are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returns made between 15–21 days after receipt are eligible for store credit only and no returns will be accepted after 21 days. Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including boxes and garment bags).
Please note: Bridal, custom, and special orders are final sale and not eligible for return. Items marked FINAL SALE or as non-returnable (including discounted and archive items) cannot be returned. For discounted items, return eligibility will be specified in the product description.

International Returns
International orders are shipped via DHL through our partner Global-e. Shipping charges and duties will be calculated at checkout. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the return shipping fees will be deducted. Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
