Our in-stock pieces will ship in 1-2 business days. Orders placed by 12PM EST leave our studio the same day. Orders placed after 12PM go out the following business day.

All orders ship with signature required. If you'd prefer delivery without a signature, please email us at shop@markarian-nyc.com.

We do not accept returns on: bridal collection, customized items, special production archive items, items marked NON-RETURNABLE or items marked FINAL SALE. Please refer to the product page for specific return eligibility on discounted item,. 

Domestic (U.S.) Returns
A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns.

Returns for a full refund are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returns made between 15–21 days after receipt are eligible for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.

Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including boxes and garment bags).

Please note: bridal collection, customized items, and special production archive items are final sale and not eligible for return. Items marked NON-RETURNABLE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned. For discounted items, return eligibility will be specified on the product page.

International Returns

International shipping charges and duties will be calculated at checkout by our partner Global-e. Orders are shipped via DHL. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, with return shipping fees deducted. Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

The following are non-returnable for international orders: bridal collection, customized items, and special production archive items are final sale and not eligible for return. Items marked NON-RETURNABLE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned. For discounted items, return eligibility will be specified on the product page.
