Shipping & Returns

The majority of our pieces are made-to-order. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery unless otherwise stated on the product's page. If a rush order is required, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.


All orders will ship with a signature required. If you would like us to ship your order with no signature required, please email shop@markarian-nyc.com.


Our in stock pieces will ship in 1-2 business days. 


Domestic (US) Orders: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns made between 15 and 21 days after receipt are eligible for store credit or exchange only. After 21 days, no returns will be accepted. All returns will only be accepted if an item is new, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including boxes and garment bags.  Please use the link here to initiate a return. 


International Orders: International shipping is provided by our partner Global-e and are shipped via DHL. All international shipping charges and duties will be reflected at checkout. Returns are accepted 14 days of receipt for a full refund. ll returns will only be accepted if an item is new, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including boxes and garment bags. International return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund. Returns are not accepted on bridal orders, special orders, custom orders, or items marked "non returnable". Please email shop@markarian-nyc.com with your order number and a member of our team will respond and send a return label.
