In-stock items will ship in 1-2 business days.
Orders placed by 12PM EST leave the same day.
Orders placed after 12PM EST ship the following business day.
International shipping is provided by our partner Global-e and serviced via DHL. All shipping charges and duties will be reflected at checkout.
All orders ship with a signature required for delivery.

Returns
Bridal collection and custom or special production archive items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return eligibility of discounted items will be specified on the product page. Items marked NON-RETURNABLE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Domestic (U.S.) Returns
Returns for a full refund are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returns made between 15–21 days after receipt are eligible for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.
Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including boxes and garment bags).
International Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, with return shipping fees deducted. Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
